Sharp Aquos Phone SH-12C Comes With 3D cameras And qHD
Sharp has unveiled their newest smartphone Aquos Phone SH-12C in Japan. The device sport a 4.2-inch qHD (960 x 540) touchscreen and equipped with two rear-facing cameras (with flash) enabling 720p 3D video recording. The device use a 1.4 GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 chipset pack with 512MB of RAM and equipped wth a microSD card slot.
The Aquos Phone SH-12C support WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and HSDPA 14 Mbps. The unit measures 127 x 64 x 13.8 mm with weights 138 grams and will run on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It is said to launched by NTT Docomo on May 20th 2011.
