RIM BlackBerry PlayBookhas now hit the US And Canada via Best Buy stores and comes in 16GB, 32GB or 64GB model. The device comes with a 7-inch (1024 x 600) capacitive touchscreen and powered by a 1GHz Texas Instruments dual-core processor (with PowerVR SGX540 graphics). Pack with 1GB of RAM, a 5 megapixel rear-facing camera and a 3MP front camera. It also support 802.11 a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, along with an accelerometer, a gyroscope, a digital compass and GPS. It is also equipped with micro USB and micro HDMI connectors and will run on QNX-based BlackBerry Tablet OS and available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB BlackBerry PlayBook cost $499.99, $599.99 and $699.99 , respectively
