Motorola Xoom 2 and Xoom 2 Media Edition Set For UK And Ireland
Motorola Mobility has recently announced the availability of their incoming tablets, the Motorola Xoom 2 and Xoom 2 Media Edition. Both the Motorola Xoom 2 and Xoom 2 Media Edition was announced and said to become available in the UK and Ireland around mid-November 2011. Both devices comes with similar spec but different in size.
The both run Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) and feature a touchscreen toughened with Gorilla Glass and powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor along with 1GB of RAM. They are pack with 16GB of built-in storage and equipped with a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash, a 1.3MP front camera and support connectivity via Wifi.
The Xoom 2 Media Edition sport a 8.2 inch touchscreen while the Xoom 2 uses 10.1 inch touch screen. As for the Xoom 2 Media Edition it has 20% improvement in graphics performance over the original Xoom, with a display with 178-degree viewing angles and adaptive virtual surround sound. The battery power the Xoom 2 Media Edition can give up to 6 hours of web surfing.

The Xoom 2 has Active Sync support, USB port and Ethernet connectivity and work up to 10 hours per charge from its battery. As for pricing, the Xoom 2 Media Edition will cost €400.
