Cnet review:
The Motorola Photon 4G has a large and bulky design, which might not be to everybody’s taste. The Motoblur interface isn’t for everyone, and we found Sprint ID to be an unnecessary add-on. The Webtop dock functionality is pretty cool, but it requires a $129 accessory. We expected better photo quality out of the 8-megapixel camera.
The Photon 4G is a global device, has a dual-core processor, and has 4G, so it should have no problem keeping up with me and my streaming obsession. I am a big movie streamer so streaming fast is always good. The app that I use to stream is the DISH Remote Access app. I love this app because it lets me stream movies and TV shows anywhere I am! Since the Photon is a global phone, I can go to any country and watch TV! As a customer and employee of DISH Network, I have been using the DISH Remote Access app for a long time on my previous phone, and I know that it is going to work great on the Photon!
