Kobo Vox e-book Reader Now At Stateside
Announced sometime last month, the Vox e-Book reader from Kobo. Now Kobo has released the color ebook reader in US and Canada. This ebook feature social network apps like facebook for you to share your favourite books read. Measures 7.6-inch x 5.1-inch x 0.5-inch and weighing 0.89 pounds. The device sport a 7-inch (1024 x 600) FFS display with multitouch support and powered by an 800MHz processor. The device uses 512MB RAM which allows fast navigation without lagging. It is pack with 8GB of storage space, an SD card slot for storage expansion. Other feature include 802.11b/g/n WiFi and run Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS and a rechargeable battery provides enough juice for up to 7-hour of operation time. As for browsing, you can use fast connection via wifi including access to facebook. Currently the Kobo Vox e-book Reader is available for just about $199.99.
