HP Announces Eight New ProBook Laptops With Sandy Bridge

Recently HP has announces eight new business laptop that support the Sandy Bridge platform. These new laptops include the ProBook series models, the 12.1-inch 4230s, the 13.3-inch 4330s & 6360b, the 14-inch 4430s & 6460b, the 15.6-inch 4530s & 6560b and the 17.3-inch 4730s.

The notebooks comes in ProBook b-series and s-series and will be equipped with second-gen Core processor (or a Celeron CPU). May comes pack with up to 8/16GB of RAM (16GB available on 13.3+ inch models) plus DVD or Blu-ray drive, a hard drive or solid state drive along with integrated or discrete graphics, a multi-in-one card reader not to mention an Express Card/34 slot and a webcam.

The laptops get their power from either a 6- to 9-cell battery and comes inĀ  magnesium-reinforced ABS chassis for the b-series models while the s-series machines have an aluminum casing.

Coming March 15, 2011 the HP’s ProBook b-series and s-series laptop will debut and bare a price tag of $799 and $579, respectively
