Digicel Blackberry Service for postpaid

This is or maybe news for some, however I am writing about it. Digicel offers blackberry service for both Prepaid and Postpaid customers. Both pre and postpaid customers receive unlimited browsing whether Instant Messenger (IM) or browsing and up to 10 email addresses can be add to a.c. (Just as adding an email a.c to any blackberry device). This is how it works, once you pay a monthly bill, the service is added to your account manually. Once activated, the service is reactivated at the end of each month, if the subscriber wishes to continue

Once the postpaid blackberry service is active: Which is done manually as stated. Point to note the subscriber will be prompt with a text to indicate whether they wish to continue the plan at the end of ever month. If  subscriber wish not to, they can follow the instruction from the text that is sent to stop or cancel the service.  The service will continue if  the correct code is not sent.

To activate an email account the same applies once the service is active to set up Email on Blackberry Device
Once seeing EMAIL SETTING(Icon) on device screen select and follow instructions (Email settings> Add existing account  Eg. yahoo, hotmail, Gmail etc and password that use upon activation). In most case as a postpaid subscriber a user name is created.  Note: It is rather better to create a user name for logging in  thus it is easier for you to do a change of device if you don’t have access to the internet via a P.C it can be done from the new device(create a user name: Email setting> create user name and password). Once you have created your user name you can login in from the provider admin site (provider name.blackberry.com) and chose change device and follow instructions(when request PIN and IMEI). Where to find PIN and IMEI on Device: from main screen Option> Status
