Dell Prototype Tablet Pictured

A few days ago, it has been announced that Dell is preparing a 7 inch touchscreen tablet that support a slide- out QWERTY keyboard, which optimized’ for thumb typing. There has been images shown of what the tablet will be, however little has been said about the spec.

So far, the Dell’s prototype 7-inch tablet is equipped with rear- and front-facing cameras. Unfortunately there is no other spec info available. We can only assume, the device will powered by a dual-core processor, some NAND Flash chips, possible 512MB/1GB of RAM and a bit of WiFi, bluetooth, USB and maybe Android 3.0 or windows 7/8 OS (lol). Well for now that is now info on when this tablet will be out, for now stay tune for more updates.
