Dell Out The Inspiron M102z Brazos Powered Laptop

Dell has rolled out another laptop to its Inspiron line, theĀ  11.6 inch Inspiron M102z. The Inspiron M102z is based on AMD’s first Fusion platform – Brazos and will run on Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit.

The Dell Inspiron M102z comes in two configurations. As the entry level one is powered by a 1.0 GHz C-50 APU with dual Bobcat x86 cores and Radeon HD 6250 graphics and pack with 2GB of RAM and 320GB (7200 RPM) hard drive. The laptop also support WiFi, bluetooth 3.0 and get its power from a 56Whr 6-cell battery. The entry level will cost just about $699.

As for the SKU which pack with a 1.6 GHz E-350 APU (also with two cores but with Radeon HD 6310 graphics) and pack with 4GB of RAM, and a 500GB (7200 RPM) HDD for just about $799.

Bother version feature WLED-backlit 1366 x 768 display, a 7-in-1 card reader and a 1.3 megapixel webcam plus a 2 x 1.5W speakers backed by SRS Surround sound technology. The system also comes with a 9-cell battery which allows for up to 13 hours and 57 minutes of operation per charge as for the 6-cell battery is ‘good’ for 9 hours.
