Dell Inspiron R Laptops Deliver The Sandy Bridge

After releasing the Latitude E-series laptop, Dell also rolled out the Inspiron R seriese, the 14-inch Inspiron 14R, the 15.6-inch 15R and the 17.3-inch 17R. The new Dell mobile machines are powered by the Intel’s Huron River platform and will use the discrete graphics (an AMD Radeon HD 6000M series card for the 14R, a GeForce 500M card for the 15R and 17R). They also comes with a chiclet keyboard and using the 2nd generation Core processors.

The Inspiron R laptops also comes pack with 8GB of RAM, a HD webcam, SRS Premium Audio and make use of Intel Wireless Display technology. The systems gets it power from a 6- or 9-cell battery and three Inspiron 14R, 15R and 17R will run Windows 7 (Home Premium or Professional). To make it more colorful, they all comes with switchable lids, as the default is black and other colorful model are available from Dell Design Studio for $40 a piece.

Currently the Inspiron 14R, 15R and 17R will cost you just about $579.99, $529.99 and $579.99, respectively.
