ASUS K73 Series Laptop Unveiled

ASUS has recently announced their new ASUS K73 multimedia laptop series, which is equipped with the Sandy Bridge platform. The notebooks comes in two versions, the ASUS K73SV and the ASUS K73E. The ASUS K73SV is equipped with an nVidia GeForce GT 540M graphics card with a choice of 1GB or 2GB of dedicated memory. As for the ASUS K73E it feature an Intel GMA HD integrated graphics.

Both notebook comes with a 17.3-inch LED backlight display with resolution of 1600×900 pixel and feature the Chiclet-style keyboard. They also design with an aluminum-textured finish chassis and uses the IceCool technology. The notebooks also comes with HDMI and VGA outputs and a 0.3MP webcam not to mention Gigabit Ethernet LAN, Wifi, bluetooth(optional), USB 2.0 ports as well as an SD/MS/MMC media card reader.
