Apple Redesign iPod nano With Multi-Touch Interface

Upon releasing the world smallest iPod shuffle, Apple unveiled their redesign of the iPod nano that feature Multi-Touch interface. The iPod nano multi-touch interface allow user to easily navigate through their music by tapping or swipping. The nano feature Genius Mixes, the ability to create and edit playlists, a built-in FM radio with live pause and up to 24 hours of music playback on a single battery charge.

The iPod nano is available in two sizes 8GB and 16GB which is priced at $149 and $179 respectively. Both models are available in silver, graphite, blue, green, orange and pink through the Apple Store (apple.com)

On September 1, 2010, Apple unveil their smallest iPod shuffle, which features both clickable “ring” buttons and Apple’s innovative VoiceOver technology. The iPod shuffle is available in five colors—silver, blue, green, orange and pink, and design with an all-aluminum enclosure with a built-in clip not to mention 2GB of storage.

Sony intros three S-Frame Digital Photo Frames

A few days ago Sony has introduce their new S-Frame digital photo frames, the DPF-XR100, DPF-VR100 and DPF-D830. The DPF-XR100, and DPF-VR100 sport 10.2-inch 1024×600 LED-backlit screens and play back AVCHD (H.264) videos, and have an advanced imaged processor that give up to 256MP.

Other feature include stereo audio playback, alarm clock and Sweep Panorama playback(supporting Sony camera). Both photo frames comes with 2GB of internal memory  along with a four-in-one memory card slot. They also comes with three preload music track which play during slide show, with the option of user adding their own MP3. The DPF-XR100 photo frame stand out with TruBlack panel that reduces reflections and boosts the contrast.

While the DPF-D830 sport an 8-inch, 800×600 and comes with a built-in rechargeable.

Samsung shows two PMPs ahead of IFA debut

Samsung has revealed two images of their latest PMP that will be shown at IFA expo on Friday. The YP-Q3 is said that it “can play back videos and audio, and sports 5.1-channel audio support. It has SoundAlive sound processing software and is said to last 45 hours when playing back audio, or six hours for video.

While the YP-U6 is said to created for runners and only give “play back audio, but gets SoundAlive processing in return. There is a Fitness mode that shows users how many calories they burned, as well as a voice feedback feature that speaks out the most recent action to help when using the player in mid-exercise. The battery is good for 20 hours of audio playback.”
